Can I cancel any time?

Yes. One click in your account, no email loop, no guilt trip, no "wait, before you go" interception. We'd rather you come back because you missed us than stay because cancelling was annoying.

What if I don't like the coffee?

Tell us within 14 days and we'll refund the bag. You keep the canister either way — it was our welcome gift, not bait.

Whole bean or ground — which one?

Whole bean if you own a grinder (and actually use it). Ground if you make moka pot or turkish coffee, or you just don't want the extra step. The ground bag is sized fine — it works for both. Same coffee in both bags. Same freshness when it arrives.

When does my order arrive?

We roast on Mondays, ship on Wednesdays. Most EU addresses land 48 hours from dispatch. Slovenia and neighbours often the next day. Anywhere else, by Friday.

Is this fancy coffee?

It's good coffee. We didn't write a manifesto about it. No score cards, no tasting wheels, no PhDs required. Just whole bean or ground, roasted properly, shipped fresh.

What's in the canister?

A 500 g vacuum-sealed container — stainless interior, cream powder-coat exterior, ink-printed wordmark, vacuum pump lid. Holds one 500 g bag or two 250 g. Start the 3-cycle subscription and the canister ships free in box 1 (worth €29.90, yours to keep even if you cancel). Or buy it outright for €29.90 — add it to any one-time order.

Do you ship outside the EU?

EU and Switzerland today. UK, US, and rest-of-world planned for later this year — leave your email and we'll tell you the moment we open the gates.
